Please book well in advance, at the moment we are booking out at least a week in advance,

this will increase as the weather gets warmer. Also book for Christmas early, again this time

of year is very hectic. If you can't keep your booking please give us a call, as we always have

someone who can take your booking.

As we are a busy salon we don't not offer individual appointments we ask all of our clients to drop off their pets between 9 - 9.30 am on the day

of their alloted appointment, We can be flexible with the drop off time if the day allows ,we then ask that you pick up your pet at a time given to

you when you drop your pet off. If you have a specific time you wish to pick up to fit in with your day please let us know when you make your booking.

As we are only human we can only get a certain number of dogs ready at any one time, so pick up times, unless pre arranged are on a                                                     

first come first served basis.

Very Important

If you come early to pick up your pet please do not come into the salon without giving us a call to see if your pet is by some chance ready.          

The main reason for this is the safety of your pet, if we are not finished your pet it makes it very difficult to do so when they know you are

there to pick them up and as we are working with very sharp tools this can also make it dangerous. So if by some chance you are going to

be early or your plans change for the day please give us a quick call first.

Our normal opening hours are 8.30 - 3pm Tuesday to Friday  Unless otherwise specified.
